Cancellation Policy
To guarantee your treatment and accommodation with Nexis, we require a prior reservation under the following terms: Booking confirmation: Your booking will be confirmed once you make an initial payment of 20% of the total cost of the selected plan. Payment methods: We accept credit and debit cards, and secure international wire transfers. You can also pay using the secure payment button on our website. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 7 days in advance with no penalty. Changes with less notice are subject to availability and may incur administrative fees. Cancellations: Cancellations up to 10 days before travel: 80% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations less than 10 days prior: no refund. In case of force majeure (illness, canceled flights), we will assess each case individually. Pre-treatment video call: We recommend booking a video call with our specialist before making a reservation to clarify your questions and ensure the plan fits your needs.
