Appointments must be booked in advance. Payments can be made via credit card, international transfer, or other methods provided on the platform. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit.

Patients may cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 72 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
